Sookie and Lafayette are burying bodies outside the former's house but while we know one of those bodies is definitely Debbie's, does this really mean that Tara is no longer with us? She sure as hell isn't in the trailer.
Jessica seems to have gotten her mitts on a gorgeous new guy and considering that her and Jason are sort of playing the field with each other, I say more power to her. I think the new is Claude, which should make for an interesting dynamic. Claude should be like catnip for Jessica.
Things aren't looking good for Sam either, considering that he's covered in blood and some mean looking guy is behind him. I'm guessing there's more consequences for Marcus's death about to fall on Sam's lap this season.
Jason is not having the time of his life as Steve Newlin invites himself in and terrorises the cop in clips from this trailer. I'm really looking forward to finding out who exactly turned Steve into a vampire.
Bill, Eric and the latter's 'sister' Nora are in action and I'm pretty sure somewhere in the trailer, Eric and Nora are kissing. Not sure if the Sookie/Eric shippers will love that but I'm more open minded on the whole thing myself.
All in all, a fantastic, tantalising trailer to what should be a fun season to watch. I'm gonna miss Alan Ball running this show but hopefully this upcoming season will see his reign end on a high. And the sooner we learn about the returning Russell and new bad girl Salome the better.
