Prison Break - Coming Back For Limited Run?

For those of you who can't get enough of Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell, it seems that the upcoming Legends Of Tomorrow might not be the only place in which you'll see them act alongside each other again.

Keeping with the revivals, not only is The X Files currently in production and that there are rumblings of a future season of 24 without Jack Bauer (not loving the sound of that) but it seems that FOX are now considering reviving Prison Break for a limited run of episodes with both Miller and Purcell reprising their infamous roles of Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows.

Not to rain on FOX's parade, but last time I checked Michael actually died in the series finale and unlike both 24 and The X-Files, Prison Break had at the very least a rather definite end to it. Not to mention the fact that short of some serious retconning, there's no plausible way it could lend itself out to a prequel either with the former cast.

Right now though, the idea is only being considered, so nothing is concrete but personally, unlike 24, it might be better if they either a) just leave the show where it is or b) reboot the whole thing with a different set of characters and some links to the series. Personally though, I'd rather it was left in the past. Besides we'll have both Miller and Purcell in Legends Of Tomorrow and that's more than enough for me.

So do you want a Prison Break revival or is the show best left in the past?
