Last night was the BFI premiere of the seventh series of Doctor Who and let's just say, we got some spoilers galore for good measure ....
Opening episode Asylum Of The Daleks has definitely gotten a positive reception at the premiere and some tiny spoilers have leaked too. First off all, there's a character from Demons Run that factors into the episode and secondly, there's a new title sequence as well. There's also a big revelation in the opening episode, which has not been revealed but it's supposed to be a good one.
The BBC have released several new images from the first three episodes and more importantly, they've finally announced an airdate for Series 7. The show will be back on BBC1 from the 1st of September. The best news however was the reveal that Matt Smith will be doing an eighth series of the show, which will air from 2013-2014, which must mean it's taking in the 50th anniversary as well.
Another reveal at the premiere was the title of the final two episodes to feature Amy and Rory. The episodes in question are now titled, The Power Of Three and The Angels Take Manhattan and a rest of series trailer is supposed to have aired at the premiere as well.
Elsewhere, this year's Christmas special has the title of The Snowman (wonder who'll be doing Walking In The Air?) and will be loosely based on the story with Richard E. Grant's character confirmed as the villain for the story. There's also been scenes filming in a graveyard with the Doctor, Madame Vastra and Jenny as well as scenes with Clara in both Victorian and contemporary clothing as well. Either way, the new series is certainly looking exciting.

That hasn't been announced yet, just rumored. Moffat has only announced that it will be September.
